Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Shipping in the US only. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Sometimes it happens quicker.

Shipping rates:

     $0.00 - $10.01 order - $5.99 shipping

     $10.02 - $49.99 order - $7.00 shipping

     $50.00 - $99.99 order - $9.00 shipping

     $100.00 - $149.99 order - $12.00 shipping

     $150.00 order and up - FREE SHIPPING

When shipping orders over $150, signature will be required from buyer upon delivery.

If wanting to pick up your order at one of the events, please provide a minimum of 48 hours before the event. Select LOCAL PICKUP during checkout and email me the event you wish to pick up your items at and we will have them saved for you.

Special shipping rules and pricing may sometimes be listed with an item.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to original shipping fees and any returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.

 

TIMING 

All paid orders are generally processed within one to two business days. We do not ship weekends or holidays, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. Weekend orders will begin shipping Monday and ship in order of time placed over the weekend. Tracking information will be provided for each order via the email that was used at checkout.

  

PREORDERS - If you order any item on a Pre-Order basis, the order cannot be cancelled as we order based on pre-order quantity and will be shipped per the date on the product page.

We are not responsible for packages once they show in the shipping system as "delivered" or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with you package once marked "delivered". We make every effort to make sure your item(s) are packaged well. We are not responsible for what happens between our warehouse and your address.

We ship with USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail. Most shipments take 1-5 days but can take up to 10 business days to be delivered once in the USPS system. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
