We make all of our goodies in a home kitchen. We follow Florida's Cottage Laws for all the items we make. We do all we can to keep the environment as clean as possible. We clean all surface thoroughly before, between, and after each process. 

Allergy Warning- All our products are made in an environment that also makes nuts & dairy. We are not responsible for any allergies you may have.

Due to the nature of freeze dried goods, there is no way to make them all identical. Some items may differ in size, texture and consistency.

Once the package leaves our hands and has shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. If there is an issue due to no fault of our own, you will need to file a claim with USPS. USPS can be rough with packages, though at no fault of our own, and items can be delivered damaged. We strive to have good customer service and make every customer happy with our products.
