REFUND POLICY

If you wish to get a refund for your order before your order has been processed, please send us a message through Facebook or email us at 2brotherstreats@gmail.com and let us know so we may cancel your order. There is a 3% refund fee on all orders due to credit card fees. Once orders have been processed, there will be no refunds. 

If your product is damaged during shipping, please send us images of the box and bag(s) that were damaged. We may then issue you a store credit to use online for next purchase!

We reserve all rights to change and/or modify our policies at anytime.

All discounted items from BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, sales where the discount is 25% OR MORE & Final Sale Items are FINAL SALE. No returns or refunds

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to original shipping fees and any returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office as well as a 10% restocking fee.

Also, any package opened is non-returnable. This is for hygienic purposes and in the best interest of our customers. 

Once we receive your return please allow 2-3 business days for us to process it.
